Pros

I love working at the hospital. Everyone was super friendly and nice. I still maintain contact with a lot of the workers even though I moved out of state.

Cons

I was a split shift which was hard to deal with.

Pros

I've worked for ARH for a decade now. It is a good place to work. Management seems to care about their employees. Management is easy to approach.

Cons

The pay is low, especially for non-union positions that are not upper management. They never give raises, performance based or cost of living. Benefits are getting worse every year.

Pros

Friendly coworkers. That's about it.

Cons

Understaffed and way below average pay compared to surrounding facilities. Unions have abandoned new workers. New nurses receive no wage increases for service and new steel workers don't receive decent pay for almost a decade and could make more at chain stores despite having skilled jobs.
