Work when you want and is Non- Phone.

Cons

Communication does not exist, takes months to get a help ticket reply and then all they do is say it has been closed when it was never resolved. You can only talk to them by email but they won't respond anyway. Low pay on most projects, Missing hours on pay. Take tests and tell you pass but never assign you to the project. I could go on and on. Worked there for years and after they changed to CrowdGen it has never been the same. Not that is was great before but was something. also only pay once a month.

Remote work at your own pace (When there's work available)

Cons

Difficult to plan your schedule because work is intermittent. After 7 years of good work, I was fired by a 20 word email for a random reason (They seem to throw the dice and select any given reason from the list). I was unable to complain being blocked from their platform and deleted all my messages.
