Frequent layoffs and reorgs (at least yearly). Upper management makes decisions without knowing the work of those who are being reorganized. Internal promotion is promised, but not actioned on. External hires are frequent and often at higher levels than current employees. High performers are rewarded with more work, rather than increased compensation. Compensation is much lower than similar companies in the industry. Bonus is low or nothing at all. No company culture to speak of.

The way to get to the office is very hard, need to take stairs. Also good paid job but no oppotunities to growth
