My experience with this company started off great. I was so relieved to be able to work from home, at my convenience and have a little extra income every month. I worked for the company for seven months and found the work to be easy and enjoyable.

Cons

Suddenly, I was terminated with no warning, after working there for over seven months. Every month before my termination I received positive feedback about my work and followed the company's guidelines to a tee (requesting off each day of unavailability, working at least 5 days in a row, usually 7 for me, and reporting technical difficulties within the rating tool whenever they appeared.) Once I received the prompt and vague termination email, I attempted to contact support and find out why I had suddenly been terminated and was given no real answer other that "the clients appreciate your feedback".

Convenient work from home job. Flexible hours. The hourly pay and stipen upon completed.

Cons

The training is lacking big time. I waited patiently for weeks to start then I got sent a massive PDF file to study and few modules to complete. They expect you to learn all of it in a matter of days in order to pass a long, final exam before you can start working. If you fail the exam, you don't know what you got wrong so you can't go back and study. You have to wait another week to retake it and just cross your fingers and hope you do better the next time, if not, you're done for. It's quite disappointing to do all that waiting and completing the hiring process and not actually make it through a training.

This company is a joke. Worst communication ever for any company I've ever worked for. They never responded to any of my 7 emails telling them I had errors on their hub page then after a week I was sent an email I didn't work my schedule. Are you kidding me? How can I work when there were errors preventing me? This company is garbage never again will I waste my time with Appen butlerhill
