      Pros

      * Rewards you for doing consistent work * You don't have to work too hard * Never saw anyone get fired from engineering for performance reasons

      Cons

      This is an organization you join if you just want to work your 9-5 and go home without working too hard. The don't reward out-of-the-box thinking. The codebase is a mess. The people are smart, but complacent, which makes getting anything done really challenging. Leadership tries to keep a tight grip on both the what and the how, which leaves little autonomy to the teams.
