- Competitive Pay - Benefits - Exposure to top companies and talent - Recognition for work - Ability to travel and work remote

Cons

Appian has an amazing product, that much is clear. The issues that have come up in the past two years have driven out much of the top talent, have reduced overall quota attainment, and have greatly impacted the markets opinion of working with Appian. The new NA head of sales is good at her job, but there is a severe lack of transparency on when / where decisions are made.

Pros

Working at Appian has provided me with an in-depth understanding of strategic partnership management and a platform to engage with cross-functional teams across tech and software landscapes. The team culture is geared towards innovation and driving success in partnership ecosystems which is enlightening.

Cons

One of the main challenges I've faced is the frequent changes in the sales strategy and commission structures, which can be quite disorienting. Despite my best efforts, these frequent changes have significantly impacted my ability to earn commissions. This aspect could be improved to help motivate and retain sales talent.
