Business Outlook
Pros
The people are mostly genuinely good people. There is a lot of personality, so the style varies quite a bit depending on which area of the business you are focused on delivering. There are a lot of demands, but also a lot of flexibility.
Cons
There are a lot of uni hires in a few of the departments without prior full-time work experience. It is great that they are smart, but there tends to be a lack of perspective sometimes on what constitutes work and success. A bit too much coddling sometimes on nice people, but don't actually deliver significantly. However, less than other companies than I have worked.
