Pros

- Amazingly supportive, empathetic, experienced manager and team. I know my team and manager have my back anytime I run into a tricky client situation or technical challenge and need help. - Intelligent folks. I feel dumb on a regular basis, which is important for my intellectual growth and stimulation. - Healthy work/life balance. I take (and am encouraged to take) advantage of our unlimited PTO policy. - Beautiful office in Tysons and delicious, affordable food in the cafe.

Cons

- Leadership chases after market trends. From Intelligent Contact Center, RPA, now it's AI. We're pressured to come up with solutions that other companies are using (M$, FB, Amazon), even if it doesn't make sense for our customers. - Salary for Customer Success. We consistently lose people or fail to hire people because of salary. For my job description, I could easily make $50K+ elsewhere, but I stay because I love my work/life balance and my team.
