Great work culture, open door policy for feedback, great employees, awesome CEO, always changing and innovating to be better.

Cons

Training could use a little tweaks of improvement. Need more hands on training compared to classroom. Work life can get stressful and draining at times. Goals are somewhat unrealistic.
