Great work environment. Benefits are on par with other institutions. Generally flexible work-life balance. Non-competitive work environment.

Cons

Really pushing DEI agenda even though that initiative is being abandoned by large organizations, like Google. Pay is not very competitive. After years of working and numerous promotions, I still have not reached "median" income for any pay scale I have been on.

For full-time employees the medical benefits are AMAZING.

Cons

Too much micromanagement. Managers steal referrals from employees to make it seem like they are working when in reality they are just chatting with regulars for hours on end.
