Company continually strives to improve. Great culture. Supportive environment. Really making strides in technology improvements. Tons of talented employees. Excellent employee onboarding.

Cons

Hard to shake off old habits in some areas of the company that is too risk averse, too rules and policy oriented and not member focused.

Pros

Apple provides so many benefits for their employees, even part timers. Managers are often very understanding of your life situations and work to accommodate you in emergencies. Salary is above what many other companies pay. Vacation time accumulates fast. Environment is safe and very fun to work in.

Cons

Some equipment is still in the 2000's but they have taken steps in moving towards current times. We are non-profit so. Not much more.
