Free cold brew, decent pay

Cons

It used to be a good company to work at. The turnover rate has been insane since the past couple of months, especially in the IT department. New management needs to learn the difference between being a 'boss' vs. being a leader. Apple talks all about internal growth, but doesn't provide any opportunities

Pros

Some of the support staff at HQ is very knowledgable and helpful.

Cons

Mid level branch management in Western Region and upper level management with Branch Operations are not competent and hide in their offices way too much. Executive management is also out if touch as credit union is now feeling the pain of their recent growing pains. Credit union is now operated more like a bank with profit sharing taking priority over member service.

Training program, staff at HQ, enjoyable coworkers.

Cons

Company seems to turn a blind eye to managers that bully staff. This caused a lot of turnover in my branch.
