Great work environment. Benefits are on par with other institutions. Generally flexible work-life balance. Non-competitive work environment.

Cons

Really pushing DEI agenda even though that initiative is being abandoned by large organizations, like Google. Pay is not very competitive. After years of working and numerous promotions, I still have not reached "median" income for any pay scale I have been on.

They work around the schedule pretty well. The benefits are decent. Work environment is the best.

Cons

Don't like overtime, technology, and systems are always malfunctioning, pay is barely adequate, do a lot of work that you're not being paid for. Theirs favoritism with back office employees compared to member facing.
