Still has some great people Some good leaders remain

Cons

Major changes in leadership caused hard left in company culture. Toxic hyper political work environment with heavy favoritism not based on talent. Lack of diversity in leadership. Unethical hiring practices and management. Pay inconsistencies. Technology leadership is abysmal. High waste and inefficient use of resources. Poor work life balance. Lack of oversight.

Health insurance, company paid short term and long term disability in addition to life insurance, company culture, annual bonus, regular raises, college tuition benefit, upper management is willing to listen to employee feedback on a regular basis.

Cons

They keep people around who aren't the best at their jobs and job satisfaction is heavily tied towards the quality of your management team.

They don't believe in promoting internally no matter how qualified you are; every job opportunity is filled in with external candidates; new management is set to destroy the place by not following policies and allowing managers to hire their "friends" without checks and balances; the board is kept in the dark; HR ignores existing policies in favor of what managers want;
