Pros

Excellent benefits including paid vacations and holidays. Family oriented work environment. Like any family, you won't always see eye to eye but you count on each other for support. Great HR Dept. Never trusted employees who worked in HR until I started working for Apple.

Cons

Fridays and Saturdays branch hours. Open till 6pm on Fridays till 1pm on Saturdays, but you usually get every other Saturday off so it's not that bad.

They reward you w/ prizes & food.

Cons

Headaches, Fatigue, Eye strain, Short Breaks, High Expectations, Your mental and physical health will lower terribly. Stressful high call volume environment with 10 second intervals, not being allowed to even breathe. Trainers are condescending, rude and are willing to throw you under a bus. Once you walk away they will talk to others & make fun of you. They will instigate you to find information on their systems and will NOT help you on the phone but let you STRUGGLE to a point where you will be yelled at by a customer & then blame you for what you did wrong after a call.
