I enjoyed benefits and vacation time. Training was okay but very delayed.

Cons

Employees aren't appreciated and their feedback is not valued. The company and staff say all the right things but never follow through with their commitments.

Pros

Overall benefits is good. The real reason why one works at a credit union, "people helping people".

Cons

Salary is low, although they claim to be market base (if you live in southern VA). A good raise in this company is 2%. Don't think about a promotion unless you have an "English" accent. Training is just lip service, training department needs training. I can say more but enough said. There are many issues with this company.

Management positions are filled with unprofessional people that let themselves to be lead by pride rather than work ethics. Some lack of communication between departments
