Cons

No loyalty. Cannot trust management. Just know to have your resume ready after making a mistake. Very unforgiving approach to mistakes.

Pros

The benefits are pretty good & co workers in most departments get along great. A few good managers.

Cons

Managers aren't loyal, but expect their staff to be. Anything you do above & beyond your job isn't appreciated. Favoritism shown a lot. No support from upper management. They hire managers who have no experience in a department the when you try and give them suggestions they turn the tables on you & you are the bad guy. Apple used to be a wonderful place to work, but in recent years the lack of skilled managers hired made it a horrible place to work. High turn around the past year and a half.

I enjoyed benefits and vacation time. Training was okay but very delayed.

Cons

Employees aren't appreciated and their feedback is not valued. The company and staff say all the right things but never follow through with their commitments.
