Pros

Extremely flexible hours and great to interact with people. It's also good to work on a team that's committed to excellence.

Cons

The major downside is to know your crowd and know what to expect "tip" wise. I often tried to avoid the teen crowd because they thought it was funny to not pay or tip.

Pros

Lots of college age employees to interact with after work. scheduling was ok worked with school schedule for the most part

Cons

mangement was off on another planet. they didn't really want to interact with the employees and when they did they complained to us about what we were doing wrong

Money potential if they do a good business in the community

Cons

froze raises, cutting costs, doing more with less. In service industry that doesnt always work well.
