I dedicated several years to this company. Helped increase sales and overall profitability as well as good work ethic and team morale to the store I was assigned to. When the pandemic hit, they furloughed all employees. Only kept managers and 5 employees on to do all the work from prepping food, to cooking food, to full on service. Cut our pay in half, took away bonuses and made us claim tips we didn’t really earn. All for what? To get the small business loan?

Poor tips Poor quality of food Upset customers due to bad food Hypocrite managers Play favorites Manager almost set fire outside and laughed it off Managers didn't want to confront upset guests. Parties weren't required to tip so be prepared to waste 2 hours with no pay eventually.
