Met really awesome people, job itself was fun overall
Cons
While this was not the case with me, I found their approach to terminating employees really shady. Very non existent uniform disciplinary process. You'll end up working double the amount of hours you agree to in the interview.

The culture and atmosphere at Appleton is remarkable. Honesty and quality are of the highest importance to both the clients and employees. Leadership is truly committed to produce world-class work from our service techs to installers to front office. We've all heard "family owned and operated" Appleton lives by this which shows as most of the staff are long time employees. Keep it up Appleton, you are heading in the right direction!
Cons
Because of the family owned environment change can be slower than normal but it's not a bad thing really just a way to do things right the 1st time. Also due to growth our parking lot filled up fast (but again, a good problem to have I suppose).
