Pros

Nice clothes and a work truck.

Cons

Toxic work culture. Too many managers. It is all about nepotism and who you know and then who you can become friends with. They believe in the revolving door where new employees s in and out all the time. 90 % of the employees are new. I heard about this great work culture but it was terrible. Stay clear of this place. Prices are astronomical, if you enjoy overcharging this place may be for you.

Pros

Management is constantly looking for ways to improve but does it at a pace that is not overwhelming to employees; overall great work environment; management really cares for their employees and want to see everyone succeed; provided plenty of opportunity to set professional goals and provides tool/resources/mentorship to achieve those goals
