if you want to learn, its a great place to be. You get freedom to work on your ideas and implement them to cater customer requirements.

Cons

All people works as consultant. if you have come from big organizations, you wont get sense of people appreciating you. they have simple mantra..get your work done and move ovr to next one. You really need to maintain balance of your work-life as there would always be shortage of people.
