1) Provides senior resources work from home option 2) Constant learning curve, however high chance that you might pick new skills which don' t add value to your resume 3) Horizontal lead structure. Everyone including management needs to work on multiple skills - delivery, pre-sales, Configuration, Development etc

Cons

1) PF is extremely low and follows a standard 1800 rs which affects pension 2) Medical plan not at par with US office standard. 3) HR policies needs to keep up with industry space

Thanks for sharing your views, really appreciate it! Few clarifications on Provident Fund deductions; You can opt for either minimum PF amount of INR 1800 per month or 12% of your basic pay. Please read through the EPF Scheme 1952 - Employees Provident Fund act and latest amendments carefully. In case you are further queries, please reach out to HR Manager. Our Medical Plan/Health Insurance Policy is much advanced and beyond India Industry standards. We have both, Health insurance and Life Insurance for all 100% employees.. including project trainees. We are highly employee-oriented company and practise open culture. We respect your views and open for discussion for any other suggestion.
