Training in the classroom was great.

Cons

They leave the training to coworkers and if the coworker doesn't like you they just don't put out the effort to train you. The pay isn't worth it. Supervisors don't care at all.

Great clinical team who are willing to teach RBT’s the challenging tasks to meet client needs.

Cons

RBT’s came into work smelling like cigarettes and did not get warned about hygiene.
