Opportunity to work one on one with children to enhance kids daily lives. Super fun, super challenging, above else very rewarding job.

Cons

Environment is terrible. Many people didn’t care to progress a child they only cared about making a paycheck.

Pros

Helping individuals and their families improve their quality of living. Meeting amazing people and friends. They require you to obtain RBT certification which allows you deliver more effective therapy.

Cons

Very low pay compared to other ABA agencies. They play favorites. Strict attendance policies. Management is rude. No room for advancement. No encouragement for advancement. You are either a RBT or BCBA no in between. So if you are looking to advance in the field you must obtain your masters degree and BCBA license. No work if your client cancels. No work life balance.
