Smart developers and interesting projects.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company? They throw you in the deep end on Day One. In my experience, no support, no team collaboration but more of a do or die situation. Internally competitive, left with the impression that I need to play politics, stroke egos, and compete with my colleagues to get assignments for projects. Think Hunger Games. That works for some people, not really my style What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Non supportive and dysfunctional. Looks really great on paper though What is a typical day like for you at the company? Interaction with clients, developers, business analyst, account managers, and other leaders. Developers I worked with were smart and professional. Leaders were confusing and not helpful.
