Pros

Work from home facility Salary take home is good compared to other companies. CEO Raj and operational manager are very good who cares about employees much.

Cons

Few leads are not good who works from kashmir. Management also knows about these guys, but they will not take any action on them as HR are close to them. Because of these guys, many good resources are leaving the company. Your job will be secure as long as you are in project.

Pros

Some of the pros are : 1.) WFH facility 2.) No time bound, as in when to enter or exit the office. 3.) You can directly reach to higher management, when you are facing any issue.

Cons

I don't recommend working in this company because : 1.) Even if they hire you as a developer, they will push you into L1 support if there is a project requirement. 2.) Nepotism exists here, the family members are given promotion on timely basis and they are allotted some really good work. 3.) Night Shifts.

Supporting mission critical initiatives, some projects have a 24x7 requirements - engineers are explicitly hired for those shifts. We wish you the best in your next endeavor.
