Every big guy in the company is somehow related to company's CEO. - No Gratuity. - Even if you don't have offers think twice before joining, lot of bonds breaking formalities. - Management only believe in people who were in the organizations from ages. All the decisions are taken by the director - India of the company.No interaction of hr after recruitment at all. Only one hr who handles recruitment. Poor retention rate .

Dont check the website...US division is different..India division is different... US AIS is superb.... High package..but take home is very less... Free food they will deduct per employee 18k per annul...its forcibly deducting this in CTC... Pros only High package...nothing more than that...HR: Dont know anything....just coming eating and going..they never solve employees problems...

Only joining day HR team will tell stupid induction....later they don't know what to tell....just coming to office and going...If any employee asks they will show ask some other person like that... Always firing company...even they wont given any chance,... Our experience in one technology..they will put in other technology... Waste Payroll system... Even we sent many mails also..they never respond properly..... In India..AIS worst management... Stupid politics....
