      Amazing place to work! I started at AIS few months ago and immediately I can see growth potential. When I was looking for my next opportunity, I was very selective on which company I want to work with. When I came acorss AIS, I knew exactly this company can offer me what I'm looking for and I was 100% on point. I'm extremely happy I am now part of AIS' team!

We have an open door policy on skip meetings and also encourage employees to contact HR/Management for any grievances. We will address any gaps with this year's survey.

      Awesome work life balance as the timings are flexible there is work from option No micromanagement of employees they are mature enough how to treat employees As long you are technically good and performing fairly it is very good place to work!!!

      Cons

      There is no cab facility not too many team outings and cultural activities

      Thanks for sharing your feedback! We constantly evaluate all benefits to continue as the top tier organization in our Industry. In a feasibility study, cab service ended up elongating most participant's commute time; to be a valuable benefit for employees.
