Salary to some extend if you are just joining. Flexibility - Top management is always missing from office - so you have luxury to WFH too

Cons

Dominated by perception less by process. What your manager thinks matters - not your contributions. No energy to address the existing issues which are reported. Most of the issues reported end up in silence from top management and Silence is Golden

Its an AWESOME company to work.. i would say its dream company to work for a CODER. just keep in my word CODER.. no manager giri .. no micro mgmt. No one carers when you come when you go. No dress code problem. Just stick and deliver your work tats it. Dont expect any micro management or any kind bogus stuff you will do it. Heaven for Soft Developers who love to do coding. You will see 30% are Microsoft Ex employees. CEO to your Manager all are easily accessible. Wt else a code lover need. :)

Cons

Notgh as such. if team size is small and all knows TELGU only .. than for non telgu guy its lil difficult to manage. which is but obvious.
