Pros

If someone is looking for a long term relationship should make sure that his requirements and what company provides are matching. 1. Initially good package will be offered and will be treated very well so that one feels happy with the company. 2. There are many official parties thrown out in 5 star hotels which will surprise even an employee who worked earlier with a big MNC. 3. No strict enforcement of dress code. 4. There is a general flexibility of working hours. 5. Free lunch in afternoon.

Cons

1. There are no written Rules and Regulations. Hike, bonus, everything including survival in the company is at the mercy of the management. It may work in one's favor but there is a constant threat to the existence because of autocratic and Feudalistic policies. 2. The company is depending on only few clients. 3. Growth for an employee means increase in salary, learning new technology. There is no place for vertical improvement because of flat hierarchy. 4. The HR should be professional. It is not just salaries, benefits, gifts which will make an employee stay in the organization. There should be a sense of bonding between employee and the company even during difficult times.

Thanks for providing this feedback. Our business depends on various conflicting factors some in our control and some not. The pace of innovation is necessarily influenced by many factors…. The dynamic nature of technology driven innovation can be a fast paced (and at times stressful) environment and we do everything we possibly can to channel this energy into positive outcomes. We do acknowledge that we aren’t always as successful as we would like – this is where our employees are our biggest partners to shape the future of the company. As you may have noticed, we initiated several programs, based on employee feedback, to diversify our client base while investing in internal processes & tools. We pride ourselves in serving our client’s existing needs while simultaneously evaluating new and innovative solutions based on company’s R&D investments. Nevertheless, we value our staff and recognize that they are at their best when we can create a positive culture. Thanks for your service to AIS and our clients and for the help you may have provided on the topics discussed above.
