Knowledgeable leadership. Helpful team, good training. Most policies/procedures are appealing and make sense. No bothersome HR training. Strong, moral workforce. Benefits. Overtime available. Huge learning opportunities and hands on experience gained.

Cons

Busy and stressful. Some management decisions are not favorable. With any IT job, it can be a war if you are not prepared.

...could simply say the people and our leadership team is by far the biggest pro to being a teammate within Applied Imaging. Take that an add superior technology, an out of the box approach to our clients needs/challanges, determination to serve at a high level and love for the communities we're in -- you have one amazing place to call "work".

Cons

None so far! We're growing like crazy - the only "con" is getting the right people in place as quickly as possible. I would say a good problem to have...
