- Culture is very fun and inviting - managers have a growth mindset with their employees - Executives are always trying to take explore new markets, creating jobs while doing so

Culture is fantastic to be a part of. Growth is also impressive and promising.

Cons

While they are one of the country's largest companies in their industry (non-manufacturing business technology dealer), benefits are that of a smaller company. Currently, they are slightly above being considered a small business by SBA definition for their industry...this will grow quickly in the next 5-10 years
