      Autonomy almost. No micro managing. Hours are okay.

      Upper management is toxic. Lots of favoritism. Only certain are picked even though it’s “equal opportunity”.

      It's a good stepping stone company.. to learn how to walk over your peers in your corporate climb.

      Cons

      Noone really knows what they are doing 80% of the time coordination and communication is lacking at all levels. Training is a joke
