Management needs to get out more and see how other companies progress. Way to many “Good old boys” meaning no experience out side of Applied.

Can be stressful at times while working on multiple projects requiring equal urgency. You need to be very certain of your personal and professional goals. Mere hard work doesn't help in the long run as people with whom you work with have different expectations of outcome or are not bothered about your ambitions.
