      Pros

      I have been working here for more than 3 years, and the company is going through a huge transition to up the data analytical skills (SQL, Tableau, Hadoop, etc) for all the Finance employees, so that we can take advantage of the big data environment that has been setup. Management is keen on making the Finance Org. a business partner and not just a background support function.

      Cons

      Just like any big organization, it is hard for things to move quickly, because of all the reviews that need to happen. But it is what helps prevent big mistakes.
