      Decent company but compensation not at par with top companies in silicon valley

      1. Interesting problems that had datascience applications. 2. smart co-workers. 3. good work-life balance.

      Cons

      1. company shutdown few weeks (3-4 weeks) in a year where employees are forced to take PTO! yes, this was bit of a surprise to me. 2. compensation is not at par with top companies in silicon valley.
