Pros

Work life balance is good ... Flexible timing

Cons

You shall not join this company if you are a software engineer. It one of the best for Mechanical or Electirca Engineer Even if you want to join, then opt for CSS department as chances for onsite in more in that department In PDC, product are already developed. You will be adding few lines of codes here and there which you also will not know what it is meant for as most of the stuffs are related to hardware Technology wise you will get exposure to learn only Core Java and that also they have their own internal framework Lots of politics are involved within the organization.

Pros

Good company benefits. Attractive salary for CSS group people. Flexible work style. Good culture.

Cons

If you are hired for AGS **B300 group, then it will be worst in your career life. You should nod your head to whatever Manager says even though its stupid. No proper planning and firing you like a rocket one day before deadline. You won't feel that you are in a team. If you ask Manager for any help regarding the product, he himself don't know completely.
