Pros

In simulation and modeling group, the signed project is pretty reasonable. Since it is mainly internal support and consulting, the time management is all by yourself. The simulation and modeling group is more or less independent, not a mainstream in the company.

Cons

Since it is not the mainstream, it is hard to evaluate your contribution. Promotion and growth can be challenging.

Very dynamic culture and fast pace. Good for people who are looking for R&D job in semiconductor industry. Lots of smart people to work with and a lot to learn every day. Innovations are valued here. In general is a good place to work.

Work life balance is a challenge.
