      * new growth opportunities emerging with addition of new executive leadership * Challenging industry * a focus on process improvement and efficiency * competitive pay * Strong focus on employee well being and benefits.

      Cons

      * can be bureaucratic and top heavy with management, resulting in delayed decisions. * employees are not always empowered. * Work/Life balance is lacking. little respect for personal space and time. * ERP systems are inefficient * cyclical and very mature industry, results on a lot of pressure on margins and cost cutting measures.

      Best job I've ever had. I only work 50 hr /wk. Way better than Google, Apple, or LAM. But not Samsung. My friend works at Samsung, and he gets bigger bonuses

      CEO Mike Splinter is a joke. Been there way too long. Salaries seem lower than other companies. If you have a bad boss, you're job will suck anywhere
