Pros

I was given a lot of trust and support even though I was fresh out of college. Management really cared about each employee and was very communicative. I loved working at Applied even though sometime I pulled longer hours at nights or on the weekends.

Cons

The company was fast growing, so there was definitely more work than you could handle. The key was to prioritize.

Pros

If you enjoy technology changing quickly, you will enjoy working here. It never gets boring. Owner and employees are great. Owner especially encourages employees to always think outside the box.

Cons

Need more people to help manage the workload.
