Pros

Everyone is nice for the most part. Its all about sales and you get good training from Autodesk if you go to Vegas for annual trip.

Cons

no upward mobility and the last 2 sales managers were space cadets

Most of the people are really great to work with. Very knowledgeable in their fields. Great location.

Cons

A few can be a bit prickly and arrogant and unwilling to share with the team.

Company provides tools for training and development, the culture is very warm and caring, the owner. Employees help each other when needed.
