      Pros

      Only a few project managers actually know what is going on and how to do their job.

      Cons

      The entire executive team is pathetic. Their applications are soo flawed that they refuse to upgrade their system because it will break the application. The company has no vision nor direction on where they want to go. Executives micro manage everything so it's impossible to get anything done. There is no standards at this company. The majority of the employees that I have talked to agree that the company is headed in the wrong direction. The moral of the employees is very low. Chance for growth is very limited. Horrific benefits for families.

      Apptricity is currently experiencing much growth as a result of some very exciting and monumental successes. With growth comes change. It is unfortunate that these shifts make for uncomfortable circumstances for some. Those that remain as part of our team are steadfastly experiencing the pangs that result, but also the rewards of our united front; the latter being richly deserved.       Quality Assurance not allowed to report correct results

      Pros

      There were a lot of good people I worked with. Very bright and very dedicated to getting it done right.

      Cons

      All development is based around the "it was promised on this date" model. Even if it is not ready to deliver on that date, the management does not care. I personally was told to "just mark it as passed so we can deliver". When I refused, I was told I "had an attitude" and that others didn't want to work with me. This is a major ethical issue in my opinion.

      Pros

      Cannot think of a single pro aside from a few of the new senior leaders that are trying their best to turn around the company, but the CEO prevents it from happening. I truly feel sorry for them as thier hands are completely tied.

      Cons

      Leadership is clueless as to how to run a business. The CEO walks around the office dropping names about who he knows and how he worked with people like Larry Ellison. In reality, it's just grandstanding to make up for his fragile masculinity and poor business acumen. The guy legitimately needs medical help. The business is drowning in debt, can't pull of a single successful implementation, is completely outclassed by competition, and has no direction for how the plan to achieve their completely unrealistic sales goals. The office is atrocious and the bathrooms dirty. It's a strict 8-5 clock in clock out environment with zero remote work policy. Butts in seats like daycare.
