Really none. THERE IS NOTHING "PRO" about this "company".... Do not take any position with this company. You will regret it if you do.....

Cons

Executive staff inept at decision making and with such high turnover in the sales department .... its a wonder they are still in business .... I have seen rock fights more organized .... Software doesn't work and is piecemealed together with bailing wire and spit.....
