      CEO yelled at a coworker so loud my ears hurt.When he leaned over the conference table and kept screaming at her, I knew it was time to leave after working there a week.

      Pros

      There has been a definite change in culture over the past 4 months since the new Exec Assistant started - we have fun and cut up occasionally. I enjoy my co-workers. Company shut down and took all of us to the movie for the afternoon. They recognize employees bdays and anniversaries.. Tim is extremely passionate about his company and how things are done. He likes to be involved and doesn't settle for laziness nor excuses. I love it here... We have never employed a "Software Engineer" so those bad reviews.... I would flat ignore. We are all on board to help the company grow... not EXIST.... Confidence in yourself, a backbone and thick skin will thrive as we are a company who is passionate not passive.

      Cons

      If your looking to just collect a check, be lazy and make excuses for your bad performance.... you wont last.... also - soft skins not apply. The only con is that the CFO - needs to either NOT communicate with others or receive extreme communication skills training. The condescending attitude needs to GO!!

      Excellent Technology in IOT

      Pros

      A lot of exciting projects with global telecom providers. IOT is a company direction, If you like being on the cutting edge of technology, this i the place to be. Company is in expansion mode with recent wins.

      Cons

      Nothing really to speak of, be prepared to engage once you start. I would advise anyone looking at the negative reviews to take them with a grain of salt,since they can't convey what there problem with the company is.
