Pros

Great products. They have several defense contracts that produce steady revenue but very few commercial clients.

Cons

CEO takes all inbound leads, literally $0 marketing budget, as a sales rep you're handed a phone book and expected to cold call into Enterprise software deals. When you don't sell $500k in six months from a phone book CEO cleans house.

You got paid automatically twice a month.

Cons

The entire company places 0 value on employees and everyone knows it. I don't know why I took the job other than I was looking when it came up. The people that remain most likely can't get work anywhere else.

There is plenty of potential here for the company. A lot of interesting projects as well.

Cons

Unfortunately, the client always comes first. So the future of the company grinds to a halt to make sure the client is pleased. This leads to flying by the seat of your pants coding. Which isn't great.
