Pros
Benefits are the greatest thing at Apptricity. I had nearly a million dollars of Medical expenses this last year. It cost me a total of $2500. Many think we pay a lot for our benefits but if you go to most other companies you will find we pay less than almost any other companies. Pay is good. It could be better but if you are not being paid enough your own negotiating skills are to blame. This is no different than any other company. If you work hard and show up to work for a full 8 hours a day you will be rewarded. It's not hard!
Cons
The company sales are doing great but there doesn't seem to be enough of the right people to get the software out to the customer. We do seem to over promise what we can deliver. We put too many resources into the next big thing rather than being able to deliver what we already have.
