      Pros

      The employees at Apptricity are easy to work with, smart, hard working and caring. I have had a wonderful experience here at Apptricity. People come together and work well together. The employees believe in the company and what they do and what Apptricity stands for.... and that says alot about this company. The CEO really cares about his employees. There are fantastic medical and dental benefits, vision, life and disability insurance. They offer company shares and a 401k plan. The CEO also has company gatherings every quarter and great working environment so that the employees are comfortable and happy. It is a fast growing company with a wonderful CEO and management team. I feel very fortunate to be a part of the Apptricity team!

      Cons

      I have not had a negative experience in any part of my time at Apptricity. This is a great place to work.

      Just got more shares from the Company

      Pros

      We had a company meeting and they are giving every employee more shares. Company continues to win contracts.

      Cons

      Need to continue to hire qualified people. Need more professional services people. CEO is giving out a book called Message to Garcia, don't know what that is about but I am sure he has a reason.

      Pros

      This company is a rare find in the Dallas area. The best reasons to work here are to be around some really smart people, to work hard, and to be part of what is likely going to be a huge success. This is a market with plenty of room for innovative competition, and Apptricity has it.

      Cons

      The biggest challenge to working at Apptricity is that the competition is made up of some very large corporations that have a ton of people telling their story. Apptricity is relatively unknown, so the company doesn't get a lot of visibility in the market.
