-you get a paycheck, sometimes -fresh fruit in the office

Cons

Tim-CEO is very abrasive, yells at employees on a daily bases -CEO has no leadership or vision -Low pay -Promise of stock ipo but it never comes, they use the stock as a carrot on a stick

You got paid automatically twice a month.

Cons

The entire company places 0 value on employees and everyone knows it. I don't know why I took the job other than I was looking when it came up. The people that remain most likely can't get work anywhere else.
