      Remote work and flexible hours

      Cons

      New management completely destroyed the good culture built by founders and long time employees. The new workplace lead by new C-level execs is chaotic and demoralizing. They do not care about employees, made false promises, such as better benefits and career opportunities but in reality employees are treated as expendable pieces. There's a big gap between their vision and actions.

      Nice Vancouver office. Legacy staff is very welcoming and helpful.

      Cons

      No career growth, your performance is based on anecdotes and speculation. Clearly a drive to IPO at all costs, cutting core engineers and adding more bloated VP positions. Everything is centered around outside optics and how the sale of this lucrative technology can be maximized. 10+ companies have been acquired in the last 2 years. Most of the technology has been piecemealed into other offerings and the original staff is treated like an afterthought. If you are anything but a new student you will likely digress coming here, so be prepared. More engineers would be walking out the door if the economy wasn't in shambles.

      Exciting technology, rapid growth company with good opportunity

      Cons

      Out of touch leadership, they got rid of most former staff as soon as the new CTO/CEO got started last year then bragged about it on a zoom call to the staff that remained. Poor communication to staff on various occasions.
